When you move across the country to a place where you have not established any connections, it is difficult to determine who you can trust. Trust was never a problem with TCS, Inc. Recommended by our realtor, we met BA Eagles first by phone and email and then in person about 24 hours after we’d closed on our house. At each instance, BA and her subcontractors were polite, fair and honest. They listened to what we wanted; giving their professional opinions when warranted, but they never told us what they thought we needed.
Over the past year, TCS, Inc. has turned a bonus room into a fourth bedroom, building a closet with shelving and utilizing left over carpeting in the storage area. They have also added a fence and three gates around our large yard, changed dated light fixtures, updated bathroom fixtures and hung a myriad of pictures. Our only regret is that we didn’t hire them for the painting we had done in our house as well.
From the large to the little, TCS, Inc. was professional, courteous, timely and above all skilled and competent in the jobs that we needed done. We have other home improvements we wish to make in the future. There is no question that TCS, Inc. will be the company to make our wishes realities.
